If something is wrong, tell us and we will make it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
Write to us through the contact page with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund the line.
Sealed products
Because every vial is sealed and lot-controlled, we cannot accept opened vials back into stock.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled in full.
