Privacy
What we keep, why, and for how long.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone and delivery address when you order, and your message when you contact us. We use them to fulfil the order, to send its confirmation and tracking, and to reply.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details for marketing. There are no advertising trackers on this site and no cross-site tracking.
Age confirmation
Your confirmation that you are 18 or older is stored on this device so you are not asked again on every visit. It holds nothing else about you.
Analytics and cookies
We use first-party analytics to see which pages are read and where orders come from, and only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you arrive through a partner's link, a first-party cookie records that referral for your order. Our email service may set a functional cookie once you have accepted.
Cart on this device
When browser storage is available, we save your product selections, sizes and quantities on this device so your cart survives a refresh. Prices are recalculated from the current catalog. The saved cart never includes your contact details, delivery address or checkout confirmations.
Your choices
Write to us through the contact page to ask what we hold about you or to have it removed.
